Alhamdulillah,we are proud to announce that our student, AR. Akshah Amnath, has earned a Merit Siddhi in the National Science Olympiad under the 6-7 category.
This remarkable achievement is a testament to the dedication and hard work of our school's Science Department teachers, the unwavering support of the parents, and, most importantly, the commitment and perseverance of Akshah Amnath.
Alhamdulillah, we are delighted to announce that our student, S. Ayesha Anaal, has achieved first place in the recently held Provincial Science Practical Competition in Trincomalee.
In the final competition for the Grade 10 category, approximately 100 students participated, competing entirely in English. Our student, S. Ayesha Anaal, has made an exceptional accomplishment through her outstanding performance.
The Provincial Level English Language and Drama Competition held on 2024.10.14 was a proud moment for our school, with six of our students participating and four achieving top honors.
Out of these, two students secured 1st and 2nd places and have been selected to represent the school at the National Level Competition. This remarkable accomplishment has brought great pride to our institution.
Munawwara Junior College Celebrates Meelad-un-Nabi 2024
On Friday, September 5, 2025, Munawwara Junior College marked the joyous occasion of Meelad-un-Nabi (Arabic: مولد), the annual festival commemorating the birth of the Islamic Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). This event, traditionally observed on the 12th of Rabi' al-Awwal in the Islamic calendar, brought together students, faculty, and the wider community to honor the life and teachings of the Prophet.
